Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If there is an issue with your order, I encourage you to reach out by email and contact page on the website. All inquiries must be made within 7 days of delivery including your email, order number, and detail of the issue. If the item arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, please contact me immediately on how to resolve this issue. Please refer to all size charts prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not in love with your purchase for some reason, please reach out via email so we can work on a resolution.

Disclaimer

Refunds for returned merchandise will be Store Credit Only - No Cash Refunds will be given in a case where a refund is approved. Returned merchandise must be in new condition and have all tags/packaging still attached.

Certain items cannot be returned like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, balloons, etc.), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and gift/e-gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

 

Approved refunds will not include a refund for any portion of shipping for out of town orders or delivery fee for local orders. If you return your item without an RMA, we reserve the right to refuse your return. You are responsible for return shipping charges and we strongly encourage that you insure the return item as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping process.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
