Shipping Information:

 

Items are ship via United States Package Service (USPS). You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) are shipped. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.

 

Turnaround time from you placing your order to receiving your order will be up to 3-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We strive to have them out faster. This is just an estimate. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. Special orders or items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, and other circumstances. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for pick-up, delivery, or shipped. When posted items are ready available, turnaround time may be faster. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

In-transit starts when your order has been shipped. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) are shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. WillAHand Creations will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@willahand.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  

WillAHand Creations is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other charges.

Delivery Options:

Other items​ on the site: We deliver within a 15-mile radius of business zip code and charge from $0 to $30 for local delivery. Deliveries and pick-ups are available from typically between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm 7 days a week unless other arrangement are made in writing.

Stuffed Balloons and some baskets: Please note that balloons are currently not available for shipping. Can only be picked up or delivered in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia within 15-radius of business zip code. Depending on location delivery fees can range from $0 to $30.
